Vintage Cycling Cap – Mercier BP

If you do an Internet search for images of Raymond Poulidor and Jacques Anquetil, you’re likely to find one of our very favourite cycling photos of all time.   The two riders battling up Puy de Dôme in 1964 with their handlebars touching as they struggle with the gradient.

In that photo, Raymond Poulidor is wearing this wonderful Mercier BP cotton cap.
